In her current role, Idell oversees all aspects of communications, including strategic planning, content development, managing AIChE's ChEnected blog and all social channels. She is adept at developing and implementing communication strategies that effectively convey key messages and enhance brand reputation.

Prior to her current position, Idell held various roles in the communications field, gaining valuable experience in corporate communications, web content, and digital media. She has a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, which she leverages to create engaging and impactful communication materials.

Idell currently resides in Northern California with her husband, son, and her overly affectionate 75 lb puppy named Lucy.
