Dr. Sang Yup Lee is distinguished professor at the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).  He is also the winner of the 2016 SBE James E. Bailey Award

San Yup's lecture for this year's award is titled "Biotechnology in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution."  SBE associate Gabriel Levesque-Tremblay chatted with him about the lecture's key points and about winning this year's Bailey Award.
